Is the product safe? Are there any side effects?
All raw materials of our product comply with national standards, and the formula has been scientifically proportioned to ensure safety at the recommended dosage. But there are individual differences, and a very small number of people may be intolerant to certain ingredients. We will clearly label the ingredient list, dosage, contraindications, and precautions on the label. Please make sure to inform consumers to consume according to the instructions.
How long can the product take effect?
According to regulations, we cannot promise "efficacy" or "time to effectiveness". Health foods are scientifically formulated to supplement nutrition and regulate bodily functions, and their effectiveness may vary depending on individual physical constitution, lifestyle habits, and dietary habits. We recommend taking it consistently for at least one cycle (such as 2-3 months) and adopting a healthy lifestyle.
What after-sales services can be provided?

What production qualifications does your factory have? Is it compliant?
Our factory is fully compliant and holds the "Food Production License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration. We have clearly marked the product dosage form (such as soft capsules, tablets, powders, etc.) that you customized within the scope of the license. For health food, we have strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality management system certification to ensure that the entire process from raw materials to finished products complies with national food safety standards. You can check our qualification certificate at any time.
Do customized products need to apply for a "blue hat" (health food registration or filing certificate)? Who will be responsible?
It depends on the product's functional claims.
·If the customized food is regular food (i.e. does not claim any health benefits), there is no need for a "blue hat", but it must comply with the labeling regulations for regular food.
·If the customized product claims to have health functions, it must obtain a "blue hat" registration or filing certificate from the State Administration for Market Regulation. This application must be made in your (customer's) name. We are the manufacturer and will provide technical support throughout the entire process, including formula verification, efficacy ingredient testing, material writing, etc., to assist you in completing the telegram.
How to ensure product quality and stability?
We ensure quality through triple assurance:
1. Source control: Strictly review the qualifications of raw material suppliers, require the provision of a comprehensive inspection report (COA), and conduct random inspections on each batch of incoming raw materials.
2. Process control: Production is carried out in GMP dust-free workshops, with real-time monitoring of key process points to ensure that product microbiological, heavy metal, and other indicators are far below the national standard requirements.
3. Finished product inspection: Each batch of finished products will be tested by our quality inspection department and third-party authoritative testing institutions, and can only be shipped after passing the inspection. We can also provide you with batch testing reports.
Can I provide the recipe myself? Or are you helping with the development?
Both modes are possible:
Provide formula: If you have a mature formula, our R&D team will conduct compliance audits and process feasibility assessments to ensure that it can be produced and complies with regulations.
Assist in development: If you only have concepts or needs (such as "for staying up late to protect the liver"), our R&D team can tailor safe and effective formulas for you based on scientific evidence and regulatory requirements.
What is the scientific basis for this formula/ingredient? Why is it effective?
The core functional ingredients used in our formula, such as probiotic specific strains, lycopene, sodium hyaluronate, etc., are all selected from the list of health food raw materials or new food raw materials allowed by the state, and their efficacy is supported by a large number of domestic and foreign surgical literature and bed data. In the initial stage of customization, we will provide you with detailed formula interpretation and scientific basis explanation.
Can the taste/dosage form of the product be adjusted?
Of course. We offer a variety of dosage forms to choose from (such as gummies, oral liquids, tablets, capsules, powders), and can adjust the taste, color (using natural pigments), and sweeteners (such as using erythritol and other sugar substitutes) according to your needs. We will provide samples for you to test and confirm.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity mainly depends on the product formulation and packaging complexity. For example, the minimum order quantity for gummies and bottled tablets is usually around 10000-20000 bottles per bag, while the minimum order quantity for powders packaged in aluminum foil bags can be even lower. We can accurately calculate according to your specific needs.
